2011 Renovation Inspiration Contest Winner

4915 Penn Avenue Live/Work building was recently named the winner of this year's Renovation Inspiration Contest in the Large Project Category for projects over $50,000.  Now in its fifth year, the contest is sponsored by the Post-Gazette and the Community Design Center of Pittsburgh.  A feature story will run in the Post-Gazette Home & Garden section on Saturday, March 12th. 

inter*ARCHITECTURE achieves GOLD

The office of inter*ARCHITECTURE at 4915 Penn Avenue has been awarded a LEED-CI Gold certification.  The office is part of inter*ASSEMBLAGE's first foray into development and caps a major effort to design and build a magnificent mixed use building that incorporates sustainable and energy efficient practices while maintaining a high level of design.   06/01/10
